Have you ever eaten a meal so good it haunts you? The local green salad here will do that. Yes, you read that correctly, a salad. My mom and I discovered this place a couple months ago and it's become a regular haunt. The food has been great, the only thing we haven't lived is the fish and chips (fish is really fried and crispy, and there is very little fish) but burgers, apps, drinks, specials, desserts, all have been great during brunch, lunch and dinner service. If you want a delicious meal definitely check this place out.

After a day touring museums, it was nice to sit down to a well prepared meal. Located in the youngest building on the street, this charming restaurant has well-earned my hopefully soon to be repeated business. They were very accommodating to everyone in my party, and made sure that everything was just as it should be. I recommend the sheppard's pie as it's made with the correct ingredients. It was delicious. Also amazing was that they offer white anchovies on the Cesar salad. You never get that kind of quality anymore. It is definitely worth a stop in if you're passing through.

Cozy restaurant located in the quaint town of Deerfield, MA within a short walking distance to Deerfield Academy. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

Atmosphere of the town and restaurant was amazing. Interior of the restaurant was relaxing and comfortable. Food was very good though portions could have been a little larger for the price. But our waitress Becca was kind, polite and courteous thus worth the long drive. Thank you Becca as we will return and our referrals will request you.

It's always a great experience. It's tavern type food that just has something special about it. I've had fish and chips all over the world, but never as good as it is here. Burgers and fries are excellent. And various specials over the years have been excellent as well. Salads are fresh. Service is always very good, and when the bill arrives, it always seems like a bargain. Prices are very fair for the food and service quality. With the demise of Chandlers 10 yrs ago, we feel this is the best dining in the upper pioneer valley. We've eaten at most all of the historic new England inns, they're all good to very good, but this one is excellent.

The atmosphere is wonderful. It's currently decorated for Christmas. There are a few living rooms to sit, relax and visit before or after your meal. They even have board games, puzzles and books out to play. The fireplace was lit, warm, cozy and very mucj welcomed on our cold, December eveningvisit. .It was as if we were in our home and had a family dinner and get together, without having to prepare the food. Our server was amazing. She gave great suggestions, checked in on us, and knew the menu well. We're already planning our next visit. I recommend 100%

We have been here for dinner a number of times before, but this time we joined friends for breakfast. The prices are moderate, the menu offerings will certainly satisfy most people, and they will accommodate special requests if they can. The portions were fine as well. Very friendly and attentive service, and you can't beat the wonderful atmosphere of the inn and its crackeling fireplace. Plenty of parking and handicapped accessible. Go!
